We are currently seeking a dependable Cell Operator join our production team. Position Summary 2nd Shift Quality Tech The Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This position involves conducting quality inspections, performing analyses, and maintaining compliance with various regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with quality management systems. Duties Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements. Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards. Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective actions for non-conformities. Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality control processes and procedures. Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products. Document findings from inspections and analyses accurately within the quality management system (QMS). Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing input on quality assurance practices/Skills Familiarity with ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards is essential for maintaining compliance. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Solid background in manufacturing processes related to quality control and assurance. Excellent analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics. Ability to operate various precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. This role is vital for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to read and interpret part prints Must possess math skills Must be capable of standing/walking for 8-12 hours per day. Must be capable of stooping, kneeling, bending etc. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds periodically
Qualifications & Workplace Requirements Professional Standing:
Must remain in good standing across all internal metrics, including safety protocols, quality guidelines, attendance standards, and company disciplinary policies.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced group setting, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.

Strict adherence to all established company policies, procedures, and plant safety regulations.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical Agility:
Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting on a concrete manufacturing floor throughout the shift.
Lifting Capacity:
Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds independently.
