Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Job Duties Inspect shipping crates used for John Deere riding mowers
Repair damaged crates and replace missing cotter pins
Remove stickers, residue, and debris from crates
Unload, stack, and organize crates throughout the facility
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow quality standards and safety procedures
Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 40 pounds when required.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
