Maintain seamless production flow by monitoring product integrity while ensuring efficiency remains high. Validate that all outgoing shipments align perfectly with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Analyze inspection metrics to identify trends and generate detailed reports that drive continuous improvement. Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality discrepancies and enhance process stability. Facilitate training sessions for production staff on best practices for quality inspection and compliance. Manage the calibration and maintenance schedules for precision measurement tools to ensure accurate data collection. Participate in internal and external audits to support the ongoing success of our Quality Management System. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical documentation and mechanical drawings. Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards. Preferred Skills 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing quality assurance environment. Advanced knowledge of precision measurement equipment calibration and usage. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience supporting ISO audit processes and environmental management standards.
