Position Summary The Trainer/Auditor Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting team members through effective training and process documentation. This role plays a key part in conducting quality audits, identifying process improvements, and supporting
ISO 9001
requirements and internal control procedures. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and deliver training on established work processes and procedures to all Operations Associates. Understand, maintain, and support the Quality Audit Process to ensure team members consistently follow established procedures and quality standards. Conduct audits for special-exception customers and document findings as required. Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure processes remain accurate, clear, and up to date. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and company policies. Learn, understand, and support Numinas. Support
ISO 9001
requirements and related quality processes as needed. Identify potential process issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records. Work flexible schedules when necessary to support operational needs. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as applicable internal systems. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, accurately, and in an organized manner. Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and interpret operational processes and procedures. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to properly handle confidential information and maintain the security of sensitive records. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review information, identify potential issues or discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively across operations and quality functions.
