Job Description

Metal Fabrication Division-1st Shift Responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform daily in-process inspection audits, final product audits and maintenance of appropriate records.
  • Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team. Issues Non-conforming Material Reports for internal and external issues as required, Monitors records for timely corrective action closures.
  • Establishing quality standards and recommends any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
  • Performs "First & Last Piece" part inspection and approval on production set-ups.
  • Monitors in-process material status and ensures that nonconforming material is labeled and stored correctly.
  • Responsible for completing other assignments as directed by immediate supervisor or manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Education or Equivalent.
  • Computer skills, Excel Spreadsheets, Word.
  • At least 1-2 years 'of Quality experience in metal fabrication
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and quality manuals
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability use quality measurement tools for checking parts.
