Primary Function Performs quality assurance audits on products and processes, identifying and tracking quality issues, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Utilizes data analysis, document control, and technical writing skills to support department objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
Collects, reviews, and analyzes quality data from logs, databases, and reports to support quality improvement activities.
Supports the development and maintenance of quality documentation including procedures, audit checklists, and inspection forms.
Investigates and assists with the resolution of quality complaints, nonconformances, and audit findings.
Assists the Quality Engineer and Quality Manager in executing corrective and preventive action plans.
Monitors and maintains document change controls, revisions, and related reference documentation.
Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer requirements through internal auditing and documentation practices.
Prepares reports for management summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality, engineering, or a related technical field
3+ years of related work experience or training
