We're hiring a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure parts meet quality standards and support smooth production on 3rd shift in Manchester, TN.

What You'll Do:

Perform 100% inspection or sorting of manufactured parts Record and evaluate inspection data for deviations Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material Complete NCRs and communicate issues to supervisors/engineering Support investigations or corrective actions Sign off approved product on the production floor Follow all safety rules, policies, and quality procedures Maintain reliable, punctual attendance

Essential Technical Skills:

Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gages, length gages, and basic metrology practices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Regular standing, walking, reaching; occasional stooping or kneeling Lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally Must have color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus HSD/GED
