Immediate DXE Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors for an immediate temporary assignment in Manchester, Tennessee .

position. The length of the assignment will depend on the needs of the project and customer. Candidates should apply only if they understand and accept the temporary nature of this opportunity. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting automotive/manufacturing parts and components to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of parts and components. Identify defects, damage, or other quality concerns. Separate acceptable and non-conforming products according to established procedures. Follow inspection instructions and customer quality standards. Accurately report quality issues to the supervisor or team lead. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow all facility and workplace safety requirements. Meet productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift. Work effectively with supervisors, team leads, and other employees. Requirements Immediate availability is preferred. Must be dependable and report to scheduled shifts on time. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand and perform repetitive inspection duties during the shift. Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or production experience is a plus. Must complete all required onboarding and employment verification documentation before beginning the assignment. Must comply with all staffing agency and facility policies. This opportunity is being offered to support a temporary project in Manchester, TN . Hours and the duration of the assignment may vary depending on production and customer needs. This posting does not guarantee permanent employment or a specific length of assignment.
