What You'll Be Doing As the Lead Quality Control Technician, you'll ensure our video equipment is event-ready while guiding team growth and operational excellence. Team Leadership & Training

• Mentor and monitor warehouse technicians, supporting professional development and consistent output quality Equipment Quality Assurance
• Inspect and test video gear to maintain performance, safety, and show-readiness Show Prep & Workflow Optimization
• Coordinate and support client demos, event builds, and day-to-day equipment organization Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
• Identify discrepancies, resolve technical issues, and streamline inventory processes Inventory Oversight
• Manage storage, maintenance, and gear movement to maximize warehouse efficiency On-Site Logistics Support
