Matriarch Caregiver Full-Time & Part-Time | Mt. Juliet, TN Matriarch is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, one-on-one companion and personal care to clients in Mt. Juliet . These opportunities offer consistent weekday schedules and meaningful relationship-based care for older adults in a home setting. We are hiring for multiple Mt. Juliet cases , each with a clear schedule and specific support needs. Available Assignments•Mt.

Juliet Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM•1:00

PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM•2:30

PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one care in the client's home Assist with personal care and ADLs as required by the case Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team Support mobility and help reduce fall risk Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Communicate professionally with clients, families, and leadership Follow individual plans of care consistently Qualifications Experience in caregiving, companion care, or personal care preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and observation skills Ability to follow care plans and routines Professional demeanor and reliable attendance What We Offer Consistent weekday schedules Full-Time and Part-Time options One-on-one relationship-based care Supportive leadership and team culture Meaningful work that truly impacts lives
