Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that target specific areas of pain or tension Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and assessments in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all clients during each session Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize patient care outcomes Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment plans clearly Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify areas requiring targeted therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Customer service skills that foster trust and build lasting client relationships Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients' workplace wellness goals Prior experience in med spas or similar environments is highly desirable for delivering advanced therapeutic services Join us and bring your passion for healing into a role where every touch transforms lives!
