Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced 1st shift and 3rd shift Team Leader for our client in the automotive industry located in
Spring Hill, TN Location:
Spring Hill, TN Start date: As Soon As Possible Pay rate: 1st shift
  • $19.48/hr 3rd shift
  • $20.03/hr Shift hours: 1st shift
  • Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays) 6am-2:30pm 3rd shift
  • Sunday-Thursday (Occasional Fridays)
  • 10pm-6:30am
Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Team Leader to lead daily operations within our warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage a small team, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors To represent Client in the most professional image at all times Have a complete understanding of the CVP package Have a general understanding of Vantage Have a full understanding on how to operate Vantage scanners Have a complete understanding Setup/Completion of work cells, practice 5S Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work flow Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures All other related duties as assigned Prepare work instructions Gather and review data in Vantage Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned Inspectors Work instruction and hands on training of all Inspectors for respective sort as per CVP Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned Inspectors Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations Participate in orientation and training requirements for Inspectors Provide input into Inspector Performance Appraisals Complete Inspector Competency reviews Liaise with Company Customer Representative for relevant Customers (On) Off-site communications with
Customers Work Environment:
Must be able to lift 50-75 pound engine blocks. Managing a team of approximately 10 inspectors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Quality Control, Leadership, Management. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience with timekeeping systems. Knowledge of 5S and quality processes Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable with consistent attendance Great attitude/attendance Stable work history Interested in this position?
