Role's Mission The role is to assure that Quality is maintained and improved through monitoring and audits of the control plan and process.
Scope / Areas
of Responsibility
  • Provide support and guidelines to production.
  • Provide daily quality audit reports and any other data and or studies as required.
  • Lead continuous operator, lead, trainers, and processor training related to control plans, procedures, instructions, specifications, inspection methods, quality tools, and techniques for improvement acceptance criteria to ensure aligned criteria from shift to shift with customer expectations.
  • Audit visual aids, catalogue of,defects and boundary samples updated to support training and guidelines in production
  • Perform product audits and 5Y analysis of findings.
  • Responsible for printing and analyzing the daily data reports
  • Support continuous improvement activities and participproblem-solvingsolving efforts as needed
  • Communicate the non-conformance products and, or processes to supervisors and managers
  • Provides support for the activities tortotoed with Quality and Environmenta,l System including the participation on 5Y teams and continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist in operator training related to control plans, procedures, instructions, specifications, working and inspection methods, quality ,ools and techniques for improvement Advisable training/skills:
  • Continuous improvement, problem solving, and leadership.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Software Advisable professional experience: 3 years' experience in Quality is preferred but not required.
