Job Duties:

• Perform detailed inspections on manufactured pipes to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect large pipe materials throughout various stages of production including pre and post processing
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials and report findings to supervisors
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for quality control tracking
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Follow all safety guidelines while working around heavy materials and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or pipe production environment
• Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Strong basic math skills including measurements, fractions, and conversions
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or specifications
• Comfortable working with large pipe materials and in a production environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Monday

• Friday 6:00 AM
• 4:30 PM, after training, move to 7 am
• 7 pm
