In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished goods to verify adherence to quality standards in manufacturing environments. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for superior products and regulatory compliance. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations. Duties Perform thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using established QA/QC protocols. Conduct regular quality audits to identify deviations from quality standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, ASME codes & standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance to support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all inspection activities comply with safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Document inspection findings accurately using Microsoft Office tools and maintain detailed records for traceability and compliance purposes. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions effectively. Support regulatory/legal compliance standards in production by verifying adherence to food safety regulations, FDA guidelines, and other applicable legal requirements. Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is essential. Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent standards is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality standards in production, including GMP practices, FDA regulations, and ASME codes & standards. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed quality inspections and audits with precision. Proficiency in data collection, analysis skills, and reporting using Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to manufacturing processes and product safety is preferred. Prior experience working with food safety protocols or similar regulated industries is a plus.
