- Nature & Scope
- Quality Assurance Technician I is an entry-level role focused on performing defined quality assurance tasks with remote supervisory support and clear procedural guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to monitor operations and support quality compliance.
General Responsibilities:
- + Be consistently present on the production floor to reinforce quality and safety culture.
Education:
- +
Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED. +Preferred:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience:
Required:
- + Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, with the ability to learn and assist in writing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Preferred:
- + Preferred two years as a quality inspector or technician in a manufacturing environment + Experience working in an FDA regulated environment + Experience in Federal and State Food Safety Regulations including HACCP and cGMP + Experience with food safety and defense programs

- + Ability to take initiative to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment + Ability to provide clear direction to other colleagues regarding procedures that need to be followed.
