Job Description

We are now hiring Quality Control Associates in the Coppell, TX 75019 area for a Manufacturing and Distribution Center of Snacks! Recent Food Quality Control experience is required for consideration!! Restaurant work is not relevant.
Location:
Coppell, TX 75019
Pay Rate:
$18.50/hr. paid weekly
Shift:
1st shift; 8 am-5 pm, M-F with Saturday availability
Description:
The Quality Control Operator ensures that products meet their respective specifications and quality standards by performing physicochemical analyses, measurement tests, and monitoring steps throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Product sampling and quality monitoring. Physicochemical analysis of food products. Measurement testing, such as finished product weight and oxygen level. Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring. Maintenance of quality control records. Compliance with the QA laboratory procedures. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Quality & Food Safety guidelines. Support the 5S program in the manufacturing facility, keeping working areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. Compliance with company safety rules and procedures, providing support to eliminate any unsafe conditions. Support to all quality shifts, as needed.
Experience/Skills:
Food Manufacturing Warehouse Experience is required Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Windows environment Ability to do math computation and calculation. Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating professionally and effectively with others as well as being able to receive feedback from others. Time management and teamwork skills. Verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity. Able to work on the weekends, as needed.
