Position Summary The Quality Control Inspector conducts independent inspections of custodial services to verify compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and quality expectations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of documented direct custodial service inspection experience. Knowledge of custodial cleaning standards and inspection procedures. Ability to document deficiencies and prepare quality reports. Ability to communicate inspection findings effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and special inspections of custodial services. Verify work is performed in accordance with the PWS and Quality Control Plan. Document inspection results and performance trends. Identify deficiencies and verify corrective action completion. Maintain inspection records and supporting documentation. Support Government inspections and audits. Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Reporting Structure Reports to the Quality Control Manager and functions independently of operational supervision. QCIs shall not serve as team leads or first-line supervisors.

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
