  • 20/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support quality activities within a manufacturing environment.
This position will perform inspections, maintain quality records, work with precision measuring equipment, and help ensure products and processes meet established standards. Key Responsibilities Perform and document product and in-process quality inspections Enter inspection results and other quality information into company systems Review parts and components for defects or nonconforming conditions Use precision measuring tools to verify product specifications Read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation Maintain accurate quality records and supporting documentation Help ensure measuring and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated Assist with quality procedures, process improvements, and corrective actions Support internal and external quality audits Work with production and other departments to resolve quality concerns Assist with quality-related training when needed Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow established safety, environmental, and quality procedures Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed Troubleshoot problems and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Approximately 2 years of quality inspection or related manufacturing experience preferred Experience using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter and maintain records Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate and work effectively with others Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with manufacturing quality standards, metrology, calibration, NDE/NDT equipment, or API-related quality requirements is a plus. #DFWA #ZRFW
