  • for strong performers. What You'll Do
  • Clean, maintain, and calibrate standard laboratory equipment
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory workspace
  • Prepare samples, materials, equipment, and tools needed for testing and development
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and analyses following established formulas and procedures
  • Conduct coating spray applications as part of product testing
  • Perform basic calculations to support sample preparation and testing processes
  • Complete documentation and forms related to laboratory tasks and testing results
  • Work closely with technicians and chemists to resolve technical questions or complex issues What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a
  • laboratory, manufacturing, coatings, or quality testing environment
  • is a plus
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations
  • Comfortable working with laboratory equipment and technical testing processes
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and follow technical guidance
  • Important Requirement:
  • Candidates must be able to
  • distinguish between colors
