• . In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve quality-related training programs that support operational excellence. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, adaptable, and passionate about learning and teaching in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Deliver and support engaging, high-quality training for new and current team members.

+ Develop, write, and update comprehensive training manuals and materials.

+ Create, edit, and maintain effective training video clips to enhance the learning experience.

+ Manage training schedules, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and audit-ready.

+ Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certification processes, and communicate status updates with management and supervisors.

+ Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

• Qualifications:
• + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

+ Proven experience in authoring training manuals and instructional content.

+ Experience in video creation and editing for training purposes (experience with any standard software is a plus).

+ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.

+ Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred.

+ Familiarity with training matrices, document control systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

+ Excellent recordkeeping, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new topics, and teach others.
