In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Your expertise in measurement techniques, quality systems, and compliance standards will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about quality assurance within a dynamic metal manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, vision inspection systems, calipers and other dimensional measurement tools. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformity with design intent and quality standards. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to assess tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformances, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Maintain meticulous records of inspections, calibration logs for measuring instruments, and audit reports to support traceability and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, GMP, or similar standards. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools including height gauges, coordinate calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and other measuring instruments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately. Familiarity with regulatory standards ISO standards related to manufacturing practices. Strong analysis skills with the ability to perform data collection, evaluate measurement results, and identify root causes of quality issues. Basic math skills for precise calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Experience conducting quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for dimensional analysis. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines. Join us as a Quality Inspector
