Job Description

eReplacements is currently hiring a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. About the
Job:
  • Every month, our company receives and processes over 30,000 pieces of consumer electronics which include: Apple products such as iPads and MacBooks, Apple Beats headphones and speakers, and JBL/Sony/Samsung headphones and speakers.
  • The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing function tests on these consumer electronic devices to ensure they are in complete working order before being sold to our customers.
  • Must be able to meet or exceed key performance objectives, including service and quality control metrics. Monthly bonuses are given for exceeding metrics.
  • No experience necessary

  • but we prefer that you have an aptitude for and enjoy working with electronics.
  • Preference is for full time employees
  • Pay ranges from $14
  • 18/hr depending on skill level.
Monthly bonuses available for exceeding set production goals.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Technicians will either utilize testing software (Zip Eraser or Phone Check) or perform a series of function tests on the device to ensure it is fully operational.
  • Ensure devices are free from physical defects.
  • Ensure devices include all accessories that originally came with the device.
  • Clean and sanitize devices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
  • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in a positive manner
  • Adaptive to a growing company setting
Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable working with electronics
  • Well organized.
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications including Excel Skill Requirements and Certifications
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Good attendance and punctuality a must.
  • Can-do attitude with ability to learn and work quickly.
  • Ability to stay focused on tasks at hand
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and organize daily work to meet stated goals
  • Troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
