Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our quality management systems. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with production teams to implement quality assurance practices and conduct thorough inspections. Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other inspection tools to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement within the production process. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality systems protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Participate in training sessions related to quality assurance practices and updates on industry standards. Skills Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies. Proficiency in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measurement tools. Familiarity with Calypso software for inspection data analysis is a plus. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
