Ability to adapt to frequent changes in work scope. Responsible to perform daily start up audit of books and gears that are in Inspection queue. Perform document review to verify all sign offs and inspections are complete to move forward to the next steps. Perform product inspection tasks per inspection procedures and document inspection activities on appropriate records. Document product discrepancies per defined process and procedures Understand and interpret design data (Blueprints, BOM's, etc.) Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and use appropriate inspection methods and equipment. Assist Quality Engineering in development of inspection methods and procedures Capable of supporting multiple product lines and/or commodities Perform product and quality system audits as/if required Maintain applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications as required Ability to prioritize numerous tasks to meet schedule needs. Perform other duties as requested.
