Job Alerts Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below: Perform hydro tests on gas compressor components Check hydro equipment to ensure that they are clean and in working order Maintain detailed and accurate hydro charts Ability to perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Ability to assist in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Must adhere to company policies and procedures Performs other functions/duties as required.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: High school education (GED) 2-4 years experience in the field or in a related area. Basic Computer skills, and/or other required software Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within QC/Hydro department. Working knowledge of pressure gauges, hydro pump and hydro chart recorder a plus Understanding flange rating and pressures a plus Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work within office, assembly and fabrication shop, and field environments. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
