Job Description

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Quality Control Lead to join our team at an automotive manufacturing facility specializing in vehicle headliners (car interior roof components). The Quality Control Lead will help ensure that finished products meet required quality standards before they move to the next stage of production or shipment. This position involves working closely with production employees, inspecting automotive parts, identifying quality issues, and communicating with team members and supervisors when problems are found. Quality Control experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable adapting to changes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Bilingual - English and Spanish required Basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong communication and organizational skills Quick learner and able to follow instructions Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative Flexible and able to adapt to changes Comfortable working in a team and taking on a leadership role
Main Responsibilities:
Inspect automotive headliners and components for quality issues or defects Help ensure products meet established quality standards Report and communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members Keep basic quality records and documentation Use computers, Excel, and Word for basic reports and tracking Assist and guide Quality Control team members as needed Follow company safety and quality procedures Adapt to production and quality requirements as they change
Experience:
Previous experience in Quality Control, automotive manufacturing, or a leadership position is preferred, but not required. The selected candidate will receive training for the position. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Pay:
From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
