Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Do not sponser H1-B Visa! SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
ESSTENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Skills
  • Ability to process audits and outgoing inspection according to standards and customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of defect classification, sampling plans, and inspection tools. Quality standards
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control procedures.
  • Awareness of RoHS and environmental compliance is a plus. Documentation and Reporting
  • Ability to complete inspection records, non-conformance reports, and maintain accurate documentation. Soft skills
  • Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
    Education:
    High school diploma or above; technical training in quality or manufacturing is a plus
      Experience:
      1-3 years of experience Process Quality Assurance (PQA) or Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
      CERTIFICATES/ LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS N/A EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
      Familiarity with manufacturing and electronics industry preferred.
      PHYSICAL DEMANDS
      • Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
      • Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
      WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
      • Standard manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels (fans, server racks, and automated machinery).
      Pay:
      $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
