Morning Shift Opening LINK Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing quality role. This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on QC experience who can inspect products before testing, review documentation, read drawings and schematics, and identify workmanship issues. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working with production and quality teams to report issues clearly and accurately. Responsibilities Perform visual and hands-on inspections on products before testing Review assembly and QC check sheets for accuracy and completion Confirm documentation is signed, dated, current, and complete Inspect in-process and finished products against drawings and quality requirements Identify poor workmanship, defects, or non-conforming products Report discrepancies clearly and accurately Read and follow mechanical drawings, wiring drawings, schematics, and work instructions Use digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and other departments Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow safety procedures and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 1-3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Able to read and interpret schematics Able to understand mechanical and wiring drawings Experience using digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
