Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated QC Technician to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for individuals with foundational electrical troubleshooting expertise who are looking to build a lasting career. You will engage in hands-on work with industrial machinery, utilizing multimeters and diagnosing electrical systems. Core Duties Ensure the quality of control panels and components through thorough inspection and testing. Review electrical schematics and Bills of Materials to confirm project accuracy. Conduct electronic testing and verify wire tags to improve overall system reliability. Execute AC/DC system testing up to 480V while upholding strict OSHA and NEC safety standards. Verify the functionality of instrument loops and PLCs to support seamless operational performance. Perform I/O testing using systems like Scada Pak, Schneider Electric, and Allen-Bradley. Manage the submission and tracking of necessary corrective work orders. Promote a safe and efficient work environment by keeping your area tidy and following all safety guidelines. Support production goals by being available for overtime or weekend shifts when required. Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience Completion of a two-year technical program or Associate degree in Electrical Technology. Between two and four years of professional experience in a related field. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software. Practical understanding of test equipment, relays, and electrical circuitry.
