Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection:

Inspect incoming, in-process, and packaged citrus fruit to ensure compliance with size, color, grade, and defect standards.

Line Audits:

Perform routine line checks to verify proper packaging, labeling, weight accuracy, and box counts.

Defect Reporting:

Identify and report fruit defects, decay, or non-conforming product to production leads immediately.

Documentation:

Keep accurate, basic daily logs of quality checks, temperature readings, and inspection results.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow all food safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and facility sanitation protocols.
