A hands-on role supporting water quality, food safety, production readiness, equipment maintenance, and changeovers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitor water quality and maintain required logs and CCP records. Test water every 2 hours (pH, TDS, chlorine, conductivity, and ozone). Calibrate testing equipment and complete finished-product checks. Inspect bottles, packaging, date codes, labels, fill levels, and stack patterns. Perform environmental swabbing, sample incubation, and incoming-material inspections. Track downtime, support production, and communicate issues across departments. Perform scheduled water-system maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeovers. Help prepare systems and equipment for the next day's operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Mechanical experience is necessary. Quality or manufacturing experience preferred. High school diploma preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under time constraints. Clear, consistent communication and commitment to quality and safety. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. Willing to learn on-site forklift operation and certification.
