Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Perform dimensional inspections of finished threaded products to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and document non-conforming products while maintaining accuracy throughout the inspection process. Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns with production personnel to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate inspection records and daily quality reports. Promote a safe work environment by following all company safety and quality procedures. Job Duties Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and product specifications. Use precision measuring instruments, including dial calipers, micrometers, and pit gauges, to inspect finished products. Interpret measurement results and determine product conformance to specifications. Record inspection results, including quantities inspected and non-conformance categories, for reporting purposes. Notify production personnel of inspection results and collaborate to resolve quality issues. Maintain inspection equipment and ensure measuring tools are properly cared for and calibrated as required. Follow all HSE, quality, and company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as dial calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document inspection results. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Must successfully pass a placement evaluation with a minimum score of 80%. Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
