Job Description

Quality Inspector's Location:
Rockwall TX Pay:
Competitive Pay $18hr•$20hr
Schedule:
1st
Mid Shift:
10:00 AM•6:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM•10:30 PM 2nd
Mid Shift:
6:00 PM•2:30 AM Must be available to work every other weekend. Arrow/CESG is currently hiring Quality Lab Inspector to support a manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with quality inspection, laboratory, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality testing on inbound raw materials and outbound finished plastic products. Inspect and verify materials meet company quality standards and specifications. Conduct routine laboratory testing and record accurate test results. Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams. Maintain accurate documentation and testing records. Follow all quality procedures, safety guidelines, and laboratory protocols. Assist with continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality inspection, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or production preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Comfortable working with raw materials and finished plastic compounds. Basic computer skills and accurate documentation abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift. Must be dependable with excellent attendance. Must be willing to work every other weekend.
