The Career NDT Quality Inspector position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge. What you'll do: Makes visual and measured inspection of products the majority of the time to ensure conformance with standards and determines if product meets all requirements. May inspect incoming materials, outgoing materials, or products or assemblies throughout the manufacturing process. May apply singular or multiple inspection processes using various appropriate NDE methods. Able to maintain, adjust or calibrate inspection equipment. Completes inspection records and reports. Familiar with appropriate codes, regulations, applicable procedures & standards. Follows all safety rules and practices. May be involved in safety committees or CI initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. For new hires previous work experience and/or certifications may be considered for the corresponding job level position. What you'll need: In training. Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected
- Ability to achieve appropriate NDE certifications within 6 months
- Under supervision of a Level II or III Certified NDT Inspector.
