This energetic position requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency with industrial equipment, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Duties Operate heat press machines to transfer designs onto various substrates with accuracy and speed Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on press machinery to maintain optimal operation Help in QC when needed.
