Kelly in partnership with Compal USA Technology is seeking an energetic and resourceful Training Technician - Quality to empower our team with top-tier training that keeps our operation strong and our standards high!
What You'll Do:
Deliver and support engaging quality-related training for new and current team members. Keep training schedules running smoothly and all documentation up-to-date and audit-ready. Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and keep everyone in the loop- especially management and supervisors. Be a proactive partner in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Will Make You Stand Out:
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus. Familiarity with training matrices and document control systems. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
