Please see our website for more details: www.dbsant.com. dB Systems is in need of a Quality Assurance Technician who can follow policies and procedures already set in place. The QA Technician will regularly conduct product inspections following checklists, incoming/receiving inspections and also support production and the QA team as necessary to fulfil the QMS goals and objectives. The Technician will provide support and direction to manufacturing personnel regarding quality and compliance issues and will be responsible for maintaining an effective and compliant Quality Management System (QMS). The QA Technician will also assist with the maintenance of the inventory system and/or processes that deliver product conformance and customer satisfaction. Our typical business hours are 9/80s. Meaning, Monday - Thursday are nine (9) hour days and Fridays are eight (8) hour days with every other Friday off. We offer flexible scheduling during the daytime hours with a thirty-minute to one-hour lunch. As a government contractor, we require all employees to pass a pre-employment drug screening who thereafter are subject to random drug screenings while on the job. This position requires full-time work with an average of 40 hours per week.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

The QA Technician will often be on the production floor conducting product inspections. Supports maintenance and improvement of a QMS appropriate for the functions performed by our company, communicates the importance of an effective and compliant Quality System to all employees, and supports collection of quality metrics that allow assessment of QMS effectiveness. Conducts incoming receiving inspections and drafts rejection reports when necessary, and provides periodic reporting to manufacturing partners in a professional manner Conducts inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure a quality product ships Supports key quality processes including supplier management, quality training, document control, and others as assigned Supports internal, external, and third-party audits Assumes and performs other duties as assigned Working occasional evenings and/or weekends, plus overtime, may be required

QUALIFICATIONS 1

to 3 years of Quality Assurance experience Familiar with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D quality system standards. Motivated, self-starter Good documenting, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with high-precision measuring tools (eg. calipers, micrometers, scales, guages) Ability to read and understand 2D CAD drawings Familiarity with GD&T High attention to detail Problem analysis and problem solving Able to work well under pressure, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines Technical capacity and experience Discretion Collaboration skills Strong analytical and research skills, able to synthesize information to provide practical solutions to accomplish meaningful results. Experience working with technical standards, Military Specifications, and Government contracts highly preferred
