• Full-time Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards
• Analyze product specifications and perform quality inspections.
• Develop and implement quality management systems to improve overall product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality control or a related field
• Willing to learn FDA regulations and quality management systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
