We seek a QA Technician with 12+ months of quality lab experience in sampling, testing, and inspection to lead day-to-day quality decisions and process validations.

Salt Lake City, Utah job type: Contract salary: $20.00 - 24.27 per hour work hours: 7am to 3pm education: High School responsibilities: Perform daily fit, form, function, and certification testing in the QA lab, including mold qualification testing for new parts and modifications.

Complete incoming inspections, gather product samples, and process lot samples in accordance with lab standards.

Operate laboratory testing and measuring equipment following established safety and operational protocols.

Identify and manage nonconforming products by executing quarantine procedures and making key day-to-day quality decisions.

Assist in investigating customer concerns and participate in process validations to ensure top-tier product quality.

qualifications:

12 or more months of experience in a quality laboratory preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory measuring tools and execute testing procedures accurately. Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
