This role is ideal for a hands-on composites professional with strong lamination experience who takes pride in precision workmanship, quality, and building advanced composite structures for the aerospace and defense industry. As a Composite Technician II, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail directly impact product performance. This opportunity offers the chance to join a growing production team with supportive leadership, strong collaboration between quality, engineering, and operations, and a clear focus on technical excellence and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Perform hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and lamination of composite parts according to work instructions, blueprints, lay-up schedules, and engineering specifications. Trim, drill, finish, and prepare composite components using appropriate tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Inspect composite materials and finished parts for defects such as voids, delamination, porosity, and other quality concerns. Operate ovens, autoclaves, and curing equipment as required for composite production processes. Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established aerospace quality and safety standards. Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve in-process issues and maintain production flow.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$23 per hour.

1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
