The company is expanding its operations and adding a new shift to support continued growth. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment who is comfortable working directly on the production floor. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and testing on raw materials and finished products Ensure products meet established company and regulatory quality standards Accurately document inspection and testing results Identify, document, and report non-conforming products Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality Work with production employees to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues Support ongoing quality and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate quality records and documentation Qualifications Previous Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or Quality Technician experience in a manufacturing/production environment Hands-on experience performing product inspections and testing Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or non-conformances Ability to accurately complete quality documentation and reports Strong communication and problem-solving skills SPC experience preferred Schedule 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 PM-4:00 AM Saturday overtime as needed Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate $1/hr shift differential Compensation & Benefits Up to $19/hr , depending on experience $1/hr shift differential Weekly pay Medical and dental insurance + additional voluntary benefits 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% contributed + 50% match on the next 2% Company-paid life and AD&D insurance equal to one year of base salary 2 weeks paid vacation + 6 sick days annually 9 paid holidays Benefits and 401(k) eligibility begin the 1st of the month following 30 completed days Hiring Process Virtual interview with a SolomonEdwards recruiter Interview with the hiring team Offer & onboarding #
