6Months Shift Details:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (4×10s) Position Overview The Associate Technician, Quality Control performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers on quality assurance procedures related to production and operations. The role involves using established programs to collect and evaluate data, assist in assessing and documenting quality results, and support experiments conducted with engineering teams. Responsibilities Perform quality control and quality assurance activities supporting production and operations. Work with engineers on quality assurance procedures and experiments. Use established programs to collect, evaluate, and document quality data. Assist with assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes. Perform quality inspections according to established procedures and standards. Assist with quality assurance and control methods and procedures. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and established guidelines. Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies. Make straightforward decisions by selecting between established solutions and procedures. Required Qualifications Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the quality control discipline. Ability to follow detailed rules, instructions, and technical procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collect and document data accurately. Ability to work effectively with engineers and team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing quality inspections using a microscope. Experience in the medical device industry.
