Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support our Food Safety and Quality Assurance team in a food manufacturing environment. The role will focus on quality inspections, food safety, sampling, documentation, audits, and corrective actions. Responsibilities Perform and document quality inspections during production. Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspections . Collect food, water, and environmental samples for testing. Perform equipment calibration according to QA procedures. Identify, document, and investigate quality issues. Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities. Monitor production and report food safety or quality concerns. Review quality records and documentation for accuracy. Assist with internal and external audit preparation. Support employee retraining on quality and food safety procedures. Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety regulations, and company standards. Recommend improvements to quality and food safety processes. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, food production, restaurants, sanitation, or a related environment. Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards . Experience with quality inspections and documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Food quality control or food safety experience. Knowledge of HACCP principles. Experience supporting food industry audits. Understanding of CAPA processes.
