Full Job Description Quality Control Technician Location:
Alexandria, VA Shift:
2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Employment Type:
Full-Time Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing, sanitation, or related food production environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Experience supporting food industry audits is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in food quality control or food safety. Familiarity with HACCP principles and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in quality inspections within a food manufacturing environment. Understanding of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. Pay:
