Job Description

Job location: Inđija

Contract type: fixed-term (maternity cover)

Position overview: Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and customer requirements within production are met. This includes resolving quality claims, supporting quality processes, and driving improvements of quality KPIs across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Daily tracking of quality KPIs and participating in preparing and implementing action plans for its improvement

Preparation of reports related to errors and nonconformities on a weekly basis (Pareto Chart)

Working in Lear and Customer portals and software for quality tracking

Supporting quality inspectors in their daily tasks

Validation of lines and approval of production line readiness

Participating in audits

Supporting PFMEA and Control plan activities

Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements University degree, preferably in quality area or technical sciences

Previous experience in quality in automotive or similar industry minimum 3 years

Good knowledge and practical experience in using quality tools

Fluency in English & Serbian

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Desired knowledge of IATF 16949 and other automotive standards
