Job Description

Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) - 2nd Shift Core Personnel Staffing | Arlington Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to join our client's Arlington operations on 2nd Shift, 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM. This role is critical to maintaining strong day-to-day inspection execution, quality oversight, and leadership support on the production floor.
Pay:
$19.00/hour
Schedule:
8-hour shifts, 6 days per week
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment 2-3 years of team leadership experience Strong understanding of quality inspection principles, calibration, measurement techniques, and control of non-conforming material Hands-on experience with precision inspection tools, including calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data reporting Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills Strong attendance, punctuality, and organizational/analytical/mathematical abilities Ability to effectively lead and monitor inspection teams in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
Factory/manufacturing environment with significant walking and standing throughout the shift. Must adhere to all safety and quality requirements and be consistently available for the assigned shift.
