Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
Quality Inspector I:
$22.36/hour
Quality Inspector II:
$24.48/hour Join a Quality-Driven Manufacturing Team We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing and assembly operations by ensuring products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements. Whether you are an experienced Quality Inspector or looking to advance your quality career, this is an opportunity to work in a precision-focused manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections of manufactured products and assemblies to verify compliance with quality and design requirements Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment to validate product specifications Conduct in-process audits and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards Identify, document, and report non-conforming products or processes Support corrective action investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and compliance reports Additional Responsibilities for Quality Inspector II Perform advanced inspections, including PPAP, weld inspections, and CMM inspections Assist with quality system functions such as documentation control, gage management, and material review processes Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement projects Qualifications Quality Inspector I High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, inspection, or production support environments Ability to use precision measurement equipment and inspection tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Basic understanding of quality control principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Quality Inspector II High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of direct quality assurance experience as an inspector, auditor, or technician Experience with advanced inspection methods and quality systems Professional quality certifications are a plus Knowledge of ISO standards, calibration, metrology, and continuous improvement programs preferred Preferred Skills
ISO 9001
experience GD&T interpretation AWS weld symbol knowledge CMM inspection experience SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery Why Apply?
