Quality Assurance Technician I - Join Our Team!

What You ll Do As a Quality Assurance Technician I , you ll play a key role in supporting Mennel s food safety and quality programs by conducting routine testing, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and helping ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform routine quality testing, sample analysis, and reporting for internal and external customers. Calibrate and troubleshoot testing equipment, maintain calibration records, and complete monthly intra-laboratory check samples. Follow GMP, HACCP, OSHA, GFSI, FSMA, and sanitation requirements while maintaining an audit-ready work environment and communicating quality or food safety concerns. What We re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, or a related field preferred. Previous laboratory, food manufacturing, quality assurance, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to accurately document and report results. Why Join Mennel?
