The Quality Manager will be responsible for work in-process and all finished product to ensure compliance with all established specifications and customer requirements. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that product meets all quality standards

• GD&T and Cosmetic, customer reporting requirements, and safety standards.

The position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude. This is a supervisory role and individual is expected to develop and grow team.

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a Quality Control Inspector, or former CNC Machinist (10+ yrs) Demonstrate strong knowledge of GD&T and visual inspection Experience in a machine shop environment (job shop) Proficient in computer applications, Word, Excel, Outlook Able to read and understand drawings/parts specifications Working knowledge of hand-held measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gage, dial indicator, etc.) Experience programming and operating 5-Axis Programmable CMMs Familiar with

ISO 9001

Areas of Responsibilities:

First Article, In-Process and Final Inspection and Documentation Assure all manufactured parts adhere to customer requirements and procedures Work closely with shop personnel Involved with customer audits and vendor audits Corrective Action Reports Communicate with customers' Quality Control Departments Monitor QC equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration Coordinate and complete calibration of all test equipment and fixtures Maintain ISO procedures/documents Perform special assignments as designated Adhere to
